1. Why do you need my credit card details for a new contract?
We use this to check that your credit or debit card is valid, and that it is registered to you and the address you provide. This is a security measure. All networks require this information as part of their credit check, You will also be asked for your bank details as this is where your account with the network will be setup to take payments by direct debit.
2. Is the website secure?
Yes. All pages that require you to enter personal or financial information have security certificates installed that encrypt information as it passes over the internet. This practice is standard across the industry and provides good protection against interceptors or hackers.
3. When will I receive my goods?
You will receive your mobile phone next working day delivery provided the order is placed before 3.30pm. After this time the package will go out the following day, assuming credit checks are passed satisfactorily. If there is any trouble, we will contact you as soon as we can.
4. How much is delivery?
We like to keep our customers satisfied, and one way we do this is by providing free next working day delivery. We're not like other retailers that will offer you free delivery but make you wait a week.
5. What if I have a problem? Who can I speak to?
We have a customer services department that will take care of your problem. Give us a call on 0800 00 6000 or 0121 748 8484 and ask for the Customer Services Department. Alternatively, contact us here.
6. I've ported my number with a PAC code. How long does the transition take?
Porting can take up to 48 hours. Because we send mobile phones out on a next working day delivery service, you may have to wait up to 36 hours after receiving your phone before your old number moves over to your new phone. If you have any further trouble, contact us as mentioned in step 5.

8. Are the prices here for new customers, or existing ones?
The prices on this website are for new customers (or existing customers willing to have a new mobile phone number). If you would like to keep your old number and 'upgrade' your phone, we can do that to on the site.
