Making A Purchase All of our prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are a standard £7.50 in the UK and are calculated for overseas shipments based upon weight and volume. We try to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products we offer; despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalogue may be mispriced or have inaccurate stock availability information. We do verify prices as part of our acceptance procedure, and will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order, so you may ultimately decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.

Shipping And Handling
deliveries charged at £7.50 plus VAT.
(Please note that any carriage that has to go over water maybe liable to a surcharge i.e. Isle of Man, Northern Ireland . We will contact you if such charges arise)
Eire, France and the Netherlands are charged at £14 plus VAT per 30KG parcel.
Deliveries outside of this region are quoted on request.

Please note free shipping excludes the purchases entirely of sim cards & memory cards and items marked under special offer.

Orders are sent out using Parceline a "Next Business Day " tariff. Free Mobiles2u.co.uk  Ltd will cover the cost of shipping if items are sent to an incorrect address. Packages that have been attempted to be delivered but are returned to us will be charged at the standard shipping rate to be resent.

Delivery Schedule When you place your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email immediately, to let you know we have successfully received your order.

Orders received before 3.30pm Monday-Friday are despatched the same day for next working day before noon.

Please note: deliveries will only be sent to the cardholders address on first orders but can be changed for subsequent deliveries.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will "back order" for you. You will be e-mailed with an expected delivery time or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added unless VAT registration documents are provided. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security You can choose from a range of different payment providers all offering secure methods of payment. Returns Policy All our products come with a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund. Items returned in a condition that will affect the resale of the item will be refunded up to a maximum of 80% of the original traded price.

When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office at the time of posting.

Faulty items will be replaced if the item is still in stock or an alternative will be offered. A refund will be provided if no satisfactory replacement can be provided.

Remittance Terms Normal Remittance Terms are payment with order using one of our accepted payment methods. Cheque payments will be subject to normal clearance delays prior to us shipping your order (normally no more than 5 working days, though occasionally longer).
